Frequently Asked Questions

CSA Subscription FAQs

Are you certified organic?

Yes! Here is a copy of our certification.

Can I pause my subscription if I go on vacation?

Yes! We allow members to pause their subscriptions for up to 2 weeks without losing their slot. We do encourage anyone who will not be able to collect their weekly produce to share with a friend or donate it if at all possible.

In the event you would like to pause for any reason, please contact us at least 1 week in advance—we’d be happy to do it. Unfortunately, we are not able to retroactively pause subscriptions.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! Subscriptions can be cancelled at any point throughout the season. Please contact us to let us know you’d like to cancel and we’ll remove it.

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively refund, but we will take no future payments once your subscription has been cancelled.

Remember, subscriptions may be paused for up to 2 weeks without jeopardizing your place on our list, but once cancelled the spot will go to the next customer in line.

Do you offer the weekly box as a one-time purchase?

No, but we will have extra produce available a la carte on our farm stand.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer delivery for several communities surrounding our farm for an additional $5. If you’re not in our delivery area, pick-up is available on farm, or contact us to see if we can make a custom arrangement for drop off. Check your ZIP code at check out in the shop to see if you are in our delivery area.

Can you refund pre-paid shares?

Pre-paid shares are not refundable. We use this money to fund the farm for the upcoming season. We do provide a discount on pre-paid shares over the weekly subscription. In the event that you no longer want or can’t use the share you can transfer it to another person.

What if I don’t like certain vegetables?

We understand, not everyone likes random veggies. Members who pick up on farm can select from available produce on our stand. Your subscription will come with newsletter where you will get updates for each week’s harvest and available add-ons. We are here to grow for you, and we want you to like how and what we grow as much as we do. Eat your greens!
